D. Richard Roseman Law Offices has a suite of three private legal offices available for rent by an attorney or attorneys, mid-October 2004. They can be seen by appointment, immediately. The 12.5' x 12' and the 9' x 9.5' offices have large windows facing Cleveland Avenue to the West. The largest office for rent, 11' x 16.5' has two window areas facing South and East.
All offices are newly remodeled and decorated, feature new solid wood six panel doors with new brass handle fixtures and new deadbolts, and have new Berber carpeting and padding installed, as well as plenty of newly installed dimmer-controlled recessed-can ceiling light fixtures. Electrical circuitry is new as well and has been updated to allow for computers, printers, and telephone/fax service (tenant's responsible for ordering their own phone/fax service).
